A needs and process audit, total-cost comparison (rent + charges + fit-out), on- and off-market shortlists, and support through contracts and fit-out. Goal: space that lowers costs and improves efficiency.

Location and project selection in Cyprus, Spain and Portugal, ROI and risk comparisons, due-diligence coordination with local partners, and after-sale support.

How I work
I run every process personally — I listen to what matters to the client, and I build the plan around that. I communicate in Polish, English, Russian and Portuguese, which helps both with foreign clients based in Poznań and with transactions outside Poland.
